Positive: Nice room, we were assigned the handicap room I think because it was available for our early arrival. Good shower pressure, clean room, comfy bed. Staff were very helpful. Location was good for quick access to the Charleston International Yeager Airport that we needed to drive to in the AM to get to our flights.
Negative: The staff scheduled us in a room as per my requests, BUT the location of the hotel itself was right next to main highway interchanges, so there was a LOT of traffic & truck gearing down & up throughout the day & night. The window shade/curtain was not functioning, so we we were not able to open it to allow in natural light from outside the room
