Positive: Clean rooms, 24 coffee with cookies, nice hot breakfast. The staff were nice and our request never seemed to bother them.
Negative: Our view from our room was 6 feet from another big building so no view.
Summary: I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I was in the area.

Positive: The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. My comments below are no reflection on them.
Negative: Have been with booking for 15 years, booking 30+ stays per year. Very rarely do I give a bad rating. My wife and I are seniors, and we book hotels based on personal security, vehicle security, cleanliness and location. There were barefoot homeless people outside the front door on arrival in 20-degree weather, in the lobby and in the morning at breakfast. There personal appearance was a concern to say the least. Touching food in the breakfast area. I am sorry if this offends some, but Radisson owes its paying guests a sense of security. I will never stay at a Radisson again.
