Summary: Pillows were awful. AW. FUL. Front desk was rarely staffed, nothing but signs asking to call. Check out the screens on the front side of the property. Several are in awful/questionable condition.

Summary: The hotel lobby, hallways and room smelled clean, and not bleach clean. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and their pillows were terrible (sadly I forgot mine from home) think flat pancake. But the bed was comfy and everything in the room was nice. The gal that helped us check in at the front desk was friendly and explained the pet policy to me. We will definitely stay there again......with my pillow from home 😉

Summary: Front desk staff was genuine and helpful. The worst part was the owners that were staying in the hotel on the second floor were burning incense and ringing bells with the door open. The entire floor was smoked out. Feels like a serious safety concern to burn things with guests there and ignore others. It was hard to see or breathe.

Summary: Check-in seemed easy as we checked in around midnight. Our room had an ordor as if someone was just smoking in it. The air conditioner had a very annoying sound to it. Not other options for another room as the hotel was "full" The bathroom had peeling ceilings.

Summary: The check-in was simply odd. The front desk clerk didn’t say hi or welcome us. She just looked at us weirdly. Completely impersonal. No information given about the hotel, wifi, breakfast times. Nothing. Just “I need your ID. Insert credit card.” The hotel itself was fine; certainly not great. The room was clean, although a bit run down and had a musty smell. There was no ventilation system in the bathroom, which may have been the cause of the smell. Breakfast was ample; waffles, yogurt, a variety of breads, eggs and sausage. Good coffee.

Summary: Mostly good, however microwave was not working correctly and frig was over cold, froze things. Lots of nice towels and heat/cool worked great. Wonderful for the price!

Summary: The first room we were placed in was a suite on the first floor. After a long day of travel, we were excited to be able to relax, but as soon as we went into the room, we could tell that it had not been cleaned. The beds were made, but there were stains on everything (carpet, linens, mattress). There was some sort of substance dripping off of the nightstand. We called the front desk and they were quick to put us into a new room. While we appreciate them being able to move us, the entire experience left a bad taste in our mouth.
