Summary: I believe that the hotel could use some sprucing up. The carpets need either a thorough cleaning or replacement. My room had signs of a previous water leak and was poorly patched. While at the hotel a contractor set off the Fire alarm and no warning was given to the customers of work being done and how to react to the alarm.

Summary: Front desk staff were very friendly. The carpet in the hall and elevator were nasty. Room smelled musty as soon as we walked in. The bathroom had filth or mold on the floor and around the tub. The breakfast was not good at all, in fact we ate somewhere else for breakfast the second morning. Hotel in need of renovation.
