Come enjoy a quiet place in the country that has enough space for a big family or multiple families traveling together. We are located close to Big Splash Indoor Water Park, French Lick Winery, French Lick Casino, Wilstem Wildlife Park, Ski Paoli Peaks, and French Lick Scenic Railway for the Polar Express Train. We are 15 minutes from Patoka Lake and Patoka Lake Winery and 14 minutes to the Pete Dye Course. Our home sits on 30 acres with 7 acres being a yard, and plenty of space for kids or pets to run and play. We also have a playset outside with a slide, climbing wall, and swings to get any of their extra energy out. We have a primary suite with a crib and ensuite, 4 bedrooms with a full-size bed, and one bedroom with a queen bed, plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The house also includes a living room for adults and a movie room or separate TV room for the kids or others who want to watch something different. There are TV’s in three of the bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen has a Keurig coffee pot for you to enjoy. There is a back patio with a fire pit and gas grill. There is also a fire pit and picnic table close to the swing set. Take advantage of the nice evenings or listen to the rain on the covered front porch while enjoying the swing or the rocking chairs. This property has plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax after enjoying all Southern Indiana has to offer.

Summary: There was plenty of room for everyone. Inside and also the nice big yard and especially the extra bedrooms. The only thing I would request is a handrail by the front steps. The young people enjoyed the animals in the next field.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful property. It was a haven that we were sad to leave. It had everything we would possibly need to enjoy our stay. The quiet atmosphere lent itself to ling hours of reading. We played games on the big front yard and sipped coffee on the porch in the morning. We stayed here for a family getaway with my adult children and grandchildren. We went over to Wilstem and enjoyed the day. It had plenty of room for both connection and for individual privacy. Everyone of us enjoyed it and even though we go somewhere different every year, this was the first and only year everyon said they wanted to come back for next year's reunion. Thank you Justin for being a wonderful host. It felt like we were staying at a friendshouse.

Summary: We loved the 3bdrm wing for the older kids to hang play their games with a little privacy. Lots of outdoor places for cooking out /football/basketball and a nice bonfire at night! Everything we could need was easily found. We would love to come back again in the fall
