In the large park with old trees you can enjoy various relaxation areas (barbecue area with its table, raised area for lunches and sitting area for reading). The charming place is. located in the area of the high Monferrato, it is surrounded by 4 hectares of vineyards, part of the UNESCO HERITAGE, with an excellent production of Moscato d'Asti and Brachetto d'Acqui (DOCG) and offers the possibility of peaceful walks in a splendid countryside. IN THE FIRST WEEKS OF SEPTEMBER IT IS POSSIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE HARVEST IN THE OWN VINEYARDS with equipment provided by the owner. THE SWIMMING POOLS OF CASSINE are only 3 km away and have two pools, one for adults and the other for children, children's games, soccer field, volleyball, table tennis, video games, restaurant, bar. Summary: When booking this one, reading it was on the same location as the owner, we were a bit anxious, as like our privacy. But our fear was futile, we only encountered the owner when starting the holiday and when leaving. For the rest this is a perfect location to be away from the hectics of life and enjoy the beautifull views in a fantastic surrounding. You have a very nice cocktail area that gives you a fantastic view on the sun going down. Great area also for smaller kids as the garden is fully fenced and there are no risks at all! You also have sufficient resto (and agri tourismo) in the neighbourhood so doing your own cooking is even not needed. In short a great stay to relax and recharge the batteries in the fantastic Piemonte area.

Summary: We spent a week at the Resort La Villa, and we enjoyed every single day there. It is a comfortable house, quite spacious and well furnished. We stayed as a family of three, but on one occasion we manage to accommodate six visitors quite comfortably for one day having a long lunch. The house is set in a tranquil and secluded area with nice views of the surrounding country side and vineyards. The house is a good base to explore the Piedmont County particularly the ‘Langhe’ famous for its vineyards and wines. The owners live on site, they are discreet and very helpful, and certainly made us very welcome. We certainly did enjoy our stay and recommend the place for a relaxing holiday

Summary: A lovely villa in a very quiet and relaxing location. It is nicely furnished, with everything we needed during our stay and the spacious garden was ideal for our young boys to play in. The hot tub was also very pleasant! Enrica was an excellent host – always happy to help and she provided some wonderful homemade food. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, both before and during our stay. We definitely recommend this villa and the local area.

Summary: We are a family for four ( two boys aged 6, 10 ) and spent the most perfect month in this slice of heaven in the middle of the Piemontese countryside, surrounded by gorgeous Moscato vineyards! The location of the house and the views are really breathtaking and peaceful. We were next to the village of Cassine, 10 mins to the beautiful and buzzing Acqui Terme, and it was very easy to explore the area from Torino, Alba, Asti, to beautiful natural parks bordering Liguria. Milan and the Lakes were also within an hour and a half. The house itself was a home for us. It was spacious enough to house a family of four and also for occasional additional guests (some friends of ours who came to visit us for a few days). The fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard and the hosts go to a lot of trouble to maintain and provide superb services. I especially loved the boutique quality of the linen and towels :) We eat most of our meals outdoors in some wonderful shady and breezy areas in the gardens , considering the heat of the summer, and we were inspired almost daily to experiment, learn and cook some delightful italian local cuisine from scratch!! The jacuzzi was very well used in particular to cool us down. The garden was perfect for our daily badminton, frisbee, yoga etc activities, overlooking the gorgeous green hills. What made our holiday truly special were the warm and wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel very welcome, bringing us numerous edible treats, wine, cheese, homemade jams during our stay. The highlight for the children was indeed the start of the Wine harvest that they had the excitement and pleasure of taking part in, as well as a ride in the truck that was taking away the first load of grapes. The wine is the most delicious that we now have a real taste for as an apero! We have no hesitation in recommending this holiday home for those looking for the simple joys of life whilst not compromising on high quality and comfortable surroundings!! We have fallen in love with Piemonte, it's warmth, food, wine, people.....and can't wait to return. Grazie Mille Enrica ❤️

Summary: We (two couples) stayed in this house in September 2015. The house itself is nice and has everything you need (and more!). The house is used in the winter by the family themselves, in the summer this house is for rent and they live in a larger house next to it (about 100m next to this house). The surroundings are nice and quiet, the house is located between vineyards and if you’re a wine enthusiast, you will definitely love this place! Although you don’t have to be one. What stood out the most for us was the hospitality of the family. When we arrived (quite late due to a closed down highway) they offered us some food and in the house snacks were already prepared for us. The next morning, we got some breakfast as well! During the week we were spoiled with local treats, wine, prosecco, etc. All which made us feel really welcome! This was no doubt the best thing about this place and made it worth every penny!

Summary: We had two wonderful weeks in this comfortable and completely equiped house and enjoyed the very kind Italian hospitality of the owners. Nearby Aqui Terme is very nice vilage with all required facilities (restaurants, wonderful swimming pool, shops) also in closer by Cassine basic facilities are available (smaller supermarket, comforable swimming pool, pleasant bakery, petrol station etc.). For touristic trips we can recommend the places we visited Alba (!), Asti, Milano, and Genua (!). In summary, a very nice house to stay and aswell as a good starting point for touristic trips. I hope you equally enjoy your stay.

Summary: We stayed for one week in this beautiful house. The garden and nature environment is adorable and house very well equipped, clean and peaceful. The owner family is kind and helpful.
