3 Bedroom House in Putty

Escape the city, relax & spend time with family & friends. Nestled between the Wollemi & Yengo National parks you have walking & mountain bike trails to explore. An hours drive & your in the vineyards of the hunter valley. The cottage also supports those working remotely with high speed NBN. You will have the entire 100 acres to yourself! Fully fenced yard & dog friendly, indoor/outdoor fire place, bbq, pizza oven, satellite tv, creek, 100 acres to explore & lots of farm animals!
The farm is a 2 hour drive from sydney city. The house is sun drenched during the day and the sunsets here are spectacular. There is your very own vintage caravan for extra guests if needed. Transport to the property is all tar sealed and no 4wd is required. You will have the entire property to yourself. We live close by but not on the property and you will have complete privacy and your free to roam around. New split systems have been installed in the cottage rooms to keep you cool in summer and cozy warm in winter.
We have miniature ponies, horses, highland cattle, sheep, alpacas and chooks at the farm. If your an animal lover this is the property for you!
Pets are allowed at this property but you must let us know before booking.
We have board games, playing cards and an outdoor cricket set for some fun activities
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1- 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 2- 1 x queen bed & 1 x single bed
Sofa lounge:
1 x double bed
We also have a renovated vintage caravan with queen bed for extra guests if needed
*Very strict cleaning protocols at this property to ensure you have a worry free stay, everything will be meticulously sanitised before your arrival
*Please note we do not allow parties at this property, we prefer guests who will respect the property and the animals

Summary: A beautiful little house that was great for a weekend catch-up with some old friends. My dog had the time of his life. The little outdoor bar and seating area is great to share dinner. Was a great home base to drive around the surrounding national parks.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay, big yard for our pup to run around and I loved feeding all the farm animals. Property had such a cosy feel about it and you can tell there has been so much love put in to it. I will definitely be back again. We did have a power cut the second night which wasn’t ideal being in the middle of nowhere with no lights or water but I think living totally off grid does the heart good! Thanks Chris I will be recommending this property to everyone who wants to hear about it and we really struggled to leave, we could have easily stayed for another week!

Summary: This was exactly what we needed. Super quiet and dark, great for astronomy. Friendly farm animals and a cosy cottage. Everything was clean and well maintained and the communication from the host was great.

Summary: Lovely tranquil setting. House has everything you need. Beautiful creek for hot days and fire pit for cooler nights. Had a great stay over Christmas. Dogs loved roaming around. Amazing find at the last minute! Definitely recommend.

Summary: First holiday with our dogs, and totally relaxing, property completely dog safe, and when feeding the cows and alpacas, we could tie the dogs up securely on the verandah . Thank you Chris for a hassle free getaway.
