Perfect for brides or guests attending nearby wedding venues as well as an easy 15 minutes drive to the Hunter Valley Gardens, major concert venues, championship golf courses and premium cellar doors. Binbilla is the perfect place to stay for your next family holiday, milestone celebration, wedding accommodation or corporate retreat. Featuring 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms of the highest inclusions, an expansive private lake with jetty, a sparkling swimming pool with sandstone terrace, wood burning combustion fire, huge entertaining and bbq deck, a billiard room, as well as formal and informal entertaining areas, Binbilla is the "must stay” property in Broke.
Arriving along the tall cherry blossoms and pear tree drive past the citrus orchard to Binbilla's wide entrance verandah, you immediately feel this property's sense of place. Step inside the large formal lounge room with marble fireplace and take in the stunning rural views to the vineyard beyond through the french doors as you relax on the deep seated feather sofas. The heart of the house is its casual living and dining room; with vaulted ceiling, expansive chefs kitchen with European appliances and walk-in pantry make catering effortless for you or your private chef. Entertain at the beautiful french oak dining table or relax in the lounge room with flat screen TV and combustion wood fire. The outdoor teak dining table and outdoor lounge invite you for a lazy Sunday brunch or a lunchtime BBQ as a great reason to enjoy locally made wine, cheese and other artisan produce. With many rooms opening out to the inviting wrap around verandas, you’ll be hard pressed to choose which deep wicker armchair will be yours to enjoy as you take in the endless views to the vineyard, across the lake and distant mountains beyond. In the estate paddocks visit with the resident white geese who graze the lawns foraging and quacking “hello” to all guests and are great entertainment - you’ll find yourself watching them all afternoon.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1500.00is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will beprocessed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, soplease ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
