The guest suite with it's open plan design has a spacious accommodating feel which communicates directly to the rear garden and patio area. The suite has been built to a high standard with particular attention regarding the insulation materials which privides a cool living space in the summer and warm and cosy space in the winter. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 large double rooms and a smaller room with the bunk beds. The suite offers a fully fitted family sized bathroom with walk in shower, bathtub, w.c. and sink . The covered patio area has a billiard table and seating area for dining out which overlooks the garden where you can find different zones including the BBQ area, darts, exterior shower and a utility room.

Summary: After a 4 night stay in busy Valencia we retired to this beautiful Villa in the hills above the town of Xativa for some R&R. The photos don’t do the property justice - from being welcomed at the gate to being given a detailed tour of the property and how everything worked. Dan the host is a star, the perfect balance between keeping out of the way for our privacy and always being just a quick WhatsApp message away from answering any of our daft questions “how do we open the washing machine”! We spent our time balanced between the pool which sits on a terrace above the property and visiting the nearby town for sightseeing and eating out. Highly recommend and thank you Dan again for making our stay so enjoyable

Summary: Dan was an excellent host, offering great advice about local things to do. Xativa and it’s castle, centre and nature reserve kept us busy locally but Valencia is also a great city to visit

Summary: Had four days of sun before the thunder storms arrived. The villa is very well presented and the pool is lovely. Daniel was very helpful, approachable and full of suggestions for sightseeing. The highlight for us was the town of Xàtiva and its central avenue, restaurants and, of course, the castle. Our one gripe is that we weren’t aware that the owners lived on site as this wasn’t spelt out on the homeaway entry for the villa so wasn’t as private as we would have liked. For example, the enticing outdoor shower is overlooked.

Summary: We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children aged 9, 6 and 20 months) and stayed in this villa for 8 nights. We had a lovely time. The villa is fantastic; beautifully furnished and perfectly well-equipped. We had a couple of days out to Valencia and Oliva but the most enjoyable parts of our holiday were the times spent at the villa, either in/around the relaxing pool area or eating, drinking and playing games on the patio. Perfect family holiday if you are able to create your own entertainment and enjoy relaxing in the hills away from it all. Finally, the host, Daniel, and his wife are brilliant. We had a minor incident where our 20 month old required medical attention and they were on hand to help with a trip to the pharmacy and even accompanied us to the local clinic and assisted in translating for us. We were very grateful and appreciative of their help and kindness. Daniel has thought of pretty much everything to make this holiday an enjoyable experience. He has built the villa to a high standard to reflect the climate and is extremely knowledgeable about the area should you require any information. Enjoy!

Summary: We stayed here as a family of 4 for 9 nights and it was amazing. Daniel was the perfect host and the villa was perfectly positioned ... whether chilling by the pool or exploring the medieval town and surrounding area. Would highly recommend a visit to the castle, simply amazing. The villa had everything you could possibly wish for and more besides ... very modern and well equipped. Perfect holiday ... would highly recommend.

Summary: We really liked the house - modern and a lot of space (we were 11). Unfortunately the weather was not the best so we could not use the terrace or the pool-table :-). The host was very kind and let us in at 2:30am... Everything worked perfect.

Summary: This is an extremely well presented house situated in the hills surrounding the lovely town of Xativa. The level of care and attention that's been given to this property is more than evident and Daniel the owner has really done a great job to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for his guests. The house and plot are spacious with lots of areas to sit and relax and the pool area is extremely well maintained. Daniel is a very nice person and really was more than helpful during our stay. He gave us a lot of useful information regarding supermarkets, restaurants, parking in Xativa, walks and interesting things to see, including the Cova Negra and the famous castle. We were a group of eight and stayed at the house for ten days during the last two weeks in August 2018. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Summary: This may be the nicest accommodation I've ever stayed in! It most definitely 5 stars! We booked the villa for my Hen do and it didn't disappoint. The house is stylishly decorated, has amble space and is stocked with everything you can possible need in your home from home. Dan was the most helpful host ever. From giving us directions to any where we might want to visit, to getting us coals for the BBQ, ordering us Taxi's and bailing us out when we got stuck in town without a way to get back to the villa. (Thank you so much, you've been a star) The villa was immaculately clean and is perfect for many different groups of holiday makers. Xativa is not the most traditional tourist area (not an English speaking area) the people were super friendly and could have done more to help us at the supermarket, in the train station and giving us directions. There is an amazing castle which is well worth a visit to get some stunning views. I would highly recommend the area and definitely the accommodation.
