Summary: We were 11 persons on vacation for a week. Suki met us at the house where we arrived too early so we got a tour of the house and property, the Keys, left our luggage there and went for shopping. Suki had water, eggs, watermelon and tomatoes for us when we arrived. The house is very well stocked with all that is needed, and is functioning very well. The week we were there was extremely warm, so Suki had ensured that there were fans in every room. Suki is a very attentive host and the House feels like a home. It’s clean, the Garden is beautiful and the pool was kept clean during the week. The last day Suki made a wonderful asian dinner for us that were extremely Tasty, exiting and full of stories. Thank you Suki for making sure that we had the best vacation and for being such a good host. We can recommend this property to everyone - it is Perfect. Absolut 5 stars for the property. And 6 stars for Suki

Summary: The host Suki was a pleasure throughout our stay, we arrived to fresh fruit, cold water and face masks and she even cooked a meal for us later in the week. She was always attentive to our needs and helpful if we had any queries. The villa was beautiful including the pool and surrounding gardens - it was very clean throughout, it was clear furniture had been pulled out to clean behind etc. We came during a heatwave and air con would have been a benefit, however fans were provided in all of the bedrooms. The villa is situated within walking distance of the town of Formello, we ate out a number of times and can recommend Forme and La Cantina as particular restaurant highlights. We used a mixture of car and taxi to get around - you can get taxis on Uber/FreeNow with around 20 min wait, or can pre book with Samarcanda Plus e.g. airport transfer. There's plenty of nearby towns to visit, and Lago Di Bracciano is also nearby. Well worth a stay, thanks again Suki!

Summary: We had an amazing stay and could not have asked for a more gracious host!! Suki made us the most beautiful dinner when we arrived with pasta, salad and cut up fruit. It was amazing!! The Villa was so nice and gardens just stunning. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and breezy evenings after our long days touring Florence, Rome and the coast. Suki was so attentive to our needs and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The night before we left she made us again the most amazing dinner!! We truly enjoyed her and her families wonderful company and would go back again to visit. Top notch!!! Thank you Suki!!

Summary: We did not have luck with the weather, so the house was cold as there was no heating. After a couple days we did get an electrical heater, which helped. We were expecting a higher standard, the internet was slow, most knives were dull, one room had a moisture/mold smell, the pool a little dirty, and there was no dishwasher. The yard was large and the garden beautiful, but the standard could have been better. The service was never the less great and helpful.

Summary: The home is spacious with enough bathrooms. We arrived to find that the heat was not working in half the house where the bedrooms were. It was cold in the heated part of the house bc the heat had just been turned on in spite of the fact that the house had been closed until for months and it was quite chilly at night in the area. We had asked if the fireplace e worked and we were told it did and that there would be wood available. There was no wood. The property manager told us that she had called the plumber and he would be there that afternoon. He did not arrive until 7:30. The PM brought wood to make a fire but it was wet and she had no kindling or fire starter. She told us there was no wood available in the area. She had already told my sister in law that she did not rent the property in the winter but was doing so bc her two daughters did not have jobs and the year had been difficult. The kitchen had plenty of dishes , untensils and pots and pans, but the oven did not have any markings left on the dials so it was not possible to know the temperature it was set at, making it tricky to cook. The cook top worked fine. The furniture in the house was well used, and most chairs not comfortable. Beds were ok with one being very uncomfortable. The property is beautiful in the charming town of Formello. The train into Rome is about 30-45 minutes. Olgiata is a lovely nearby town with a wonderful bakery. The location is very good for traveling to lovely small towns in the vicinity. We were able to buy wood our second day and had a fire nightly and the house had warmed up by the second day.

Summary: We spent 10 days at the villa, it was a great location to spend time as a large family. The house is vast and very comfortable and the kids just loved the pool. We spent many evenings outside of the veranda. Thank you Suki for being such a beautiful and kind host.

Summary: Suki, our host, is absolutely wonderful!!! She was there to meet us and show us where everything was! She went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect!! The location was excellent, a very quaint Italian town. The rental property is absolutely stunning with amazing views of the countryside. It is equipped with everything you could need. It was so relaxing and quiet......a great way to spend our last week after the hustle and bustle of the cities. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!!!

Summary: When we arrived we were greeted by the owners daughter who was very gracious and helpful. After getting settled she hopped in her car and we followed in ours and she showed us where the restaurants and grocery store were. Our fridge was thoughtfully stocked with milk, bread, fruit, eggs and various other goodies. We enjoyed the wonderful breeze as we sat outside by the beautiful pool. The only drawback that I can think of is that there was no air conditioning. Granted, we were there in the middle of a heatwave but I think ac in the bedrooms would be a good thing to have. Suki, the owner, was wonderful, hospitable and very attentive to our needs. She arranged for a driver for us to go into Rome. Great vacation!
