Entire Twin Home. Any couple will enjoy our bright twin-home near great restaurants or whip up meals in the modern kitchen - includes coffee bar & half and half. We provide eggs/english muffins and pancake mix for you to create your own simple breakfast. Soak in the hot tub, watch movies, or stroll to a nearby brewery.
A short walk in our residential neighborhood to 'Looks', a market/brewery/restaurant with wood-fired pizza, brews and cocktails and was featured on Diner's Drive-Ins and Dives! A second brewery, Roundhouse, is east about one mile and is also an easy walk/drive. Many other restaurants + shopping within 10 to 20 min. In Sioux Falls, Great Shots is open for year round golf. The downtown has a wonderful sculpture walk and great restaurants, breweries, wine, spirits, boutiques and arts. Just ask for a list of activities or restaurants.
Full kitchen with instant pot, sous vide stick, condiments and spices for your use, propane grill and green egg smoker for your enjoyment (charcoal/chips included).
2 guests only (exception for 3rd guest as child under 12 only). No parties or events please.
This is our primary home, and we have check out instructions that require trash out, dishes in washer, and towels hung to dry.
Prairie Green Golf Course, University of Sioux Falls Stadium are close, and all hospitals are nearby. Downtown and airport within 15 minutes.

Summary: My partner and I recently stayed at this property for a week long trip to Sioux Falls and If I could give it, the hosts and area 10 stars I would. The house and amenities are very very nice, in an excellent location and worked perfect for our stay! Communication with the hosts was top notch and I would highly recommend staying at this property. It was definitely our home away from home!

Summary: We had an amazing stay for a short get away. Communication with host was prompt and easy. Instructions were very clear and concise. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub in January. Would highly recommend if are looking for comfort, class, and hospitality.

Summary: This is the cutest little place for the perfect weekend away for 2! The house cozy and had the feeling of home with the perks of a nice hotel. The hosts were friendly and very easy to communicate with. We really appreciated that there were notes and detailed instructions so that we knew exactly what we needed to sit back and relax. We are hoping to stay again for our next couples getaway!

Summary: I booked this property for my parents (65+) over my mom's birthday weekend. It was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and after two busy days they enjoyed the opportunity to unwind next to the fireplace on the patio. Would recommend.

Summary: From the moment I booked, I could easily tell this was going to be a great place with an absolutely wonderful host. Michele had sent over tons of information and literally laid out a whole Saturday for us… She had the kitchen ready and stocked her breakfast which was wonderful! The home is beautiful, extremely clean, and all of the accommodating items she had listed had great instructions also. If I could have given them more than five stars on every item I definitely would have! I will be returning! Just wish we lived closer because I believe Schell- would be one of my friends… Just so genuine and nice.
