- NOTE: Wood for the outdoor firepit is not supplied. If there is wood out there, you are welcome to use. Otherwise, on the front side of the property, there are large logs. If you'd like to chop your own wood, you are welcome to do so
- NOTE: 1 of the couches has been replaced with a recliner
- NOTE: There is an erosion mat on the property due to landscaping. This matt goes all the way down from the cabin to the lake. It is legally required by the DNR to keep the lake pristine until the seed takes root. Walking is ok for the matt so no restrictions are in place
