Summary: We visited for the Beyoncé concert on Sunday night. The hotel was in a great location. However, check in was a little disappointing as we had to take an accessible room on the first floor, when we would have preferred to be together, considering the two rooms were booked at the same time with the same reservation! Furniture is very outdated and cleaning wasn’t up to par. It appears they just straighten up versus actually cleaning the rooms. The beds were comfortable however which was a plus. The guest keeper did not disclose breakfast hours or anything. They weren’t the friendliest when checking in. I felt as if I was an inconvenience for them having to check me in. One of our rooms smelled like mold in the restroom. The hotel has potential. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly.
