Summary: Our room smelled like marijuana , the couch looked so gross we didn’t even want to sit on it. All lights flickered when we turned them on. Pretty below average stay, okay for the cost

Summary: The receptionist were helpful and polite. The housekeeping crew were great, courteous and polite. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The only issue that I had was when taking a shower the water was leaking outward through the door that is hung cockeyed. Overall, the hotel is great and close to alot of shopping plazas and eateries.

Summary: Cleanliness an issue- no cleaning at all in the room. Shower curtains too short, water pour down to the floor. Breakfast experience was good. No towels replaced, had to ask for soap

Summary: The room was okay but when we returned to our room in the evening of April 11, there was nothing done to room. Dirty towels, bed unmade, etc I think we should receive a discount on the rate as cleaning the room is a usual service, which was not provided

Summary: Service in the bistro was very poor. $13 breakfast burrito took over 20 minutes to be served. It was overcooked and barely edible. Room wasn't serviced even though the do not disturb sign wasnt on the door. Plus, the bathroom floor was soaked because the shower door wouldn't close.

Summary: We planned a romantic getaway for Valentine’s Day. When we arrived our room was freezing cold. We had picked up food to have a romantic dinner in our room. We tried to wait and see if the heater would eventually warm up, but it did not. We had to block the heater with a coat, to block the cold air coming out. When we couldn’t take cold any more. We called and requested a didn’t room. Dining in a cold room, and then having to pack up and move to a different room, kind of put a damper on the experience
