Summary: My toilet ran all night so a good night sleep was not had, I was up all night. To have a suite and not sleep wall was disappointing. I did tell staff as I checked out but they didn’t see to accommodate or make things right but what could they do? The outside pool was not clean at all, my kids wouldn’t even step into it. It was green and you could tell hasn’t been cleaned for days or maybe for the season. The hotel itself was great but wish for the money it was what we paid for as a whole.

Summary: Staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. We ran into a food delivery issue with the local Papa John’s (never order pizza from there!) and because of the PJ issue the front desk attendant went out of his way to help.

Summary: Easy, informative check-in. Warm cookies. Friendly & helpful staff at front desk. For those coming to Akron for Stan Hywet, Doubletree Fairlawn makes perfect sense as it is close. I came for an event downtown but was happy to stay in Fairlawn and used Lyft downtown and back down Market Street. Will stay here again next time I'm in town.

Summary: Staff was friendly. Rooms are a little outdated but the elevators had signs about updates coming. Room could have been cleaner (dirty shower, stains on comforter, hairs on bed)

Summary: Nice but very dated. Water marks on ceiling. Wallpaper peeling and holes in the walls where old sprinklers myst have been. Maid changed out towels and the new ones were not all clean but covered in hair.
