Summary: Brand new hotel. Very nice decor and very comfortable. Decent weight room. Across the parking lot from Starbucks and federal courthouse is literally across the street so pretty safe area. Right beside the Bart. Highly recommend.

Summary: This place is a exceptional. I travel for work 100% so I get to see a lot of hotels. This courtyard is by far one of my favorites. Very clean and spacious rooms. get a view of the highway.

Summary: Pittsburg is my hometown and this hotel is a wonderful place for me to stay when visiting prior to the Bonvoy. I had limited options in the area. But now this hotel has provided me a homebase when I'm in my hometown.

Summary: Hotel refused to accommodate my room request due to policy of not allowing making any reservation changes if you book through a third party, and because of an occupancy formula the hotel uses. Even though they had a room that would have worked out for me, I was not given that room. Very poor customer service. I have stayed at other hotels under the same type circumstances (day of the week, time of check in, duration of stay), and have received a professional and courteous response of staff trying to make my stay as pleasant as possible by doing whatever it took to accommodate my room request. No, was something I didn’t hear
