Summary: We had a good stay here. The parking was super easy and taking Ubers/Lyfts from the hotel is also easy to navigate. The hotel is slightly dated (the bathroom could use some TLC with more lighting) but the property was very clean! Staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is also in a great location being close to Fenway and Newbury Street but also being right along the river.

Summary: Hotel was clean and at a very convenient location which was most important to us. However, we are not the type to typically utilize the hotel breakfast and in-house restaurants so disappointed that the resort fee encompassed amenities that were not fully utilized. There was also an incident where we lost a ring and the facility was unable to confirm whether it was there or not until the next day. Would have loved better and more timely communication from the staff on such an important matter.

Summary: Carpet in the room was not vacuumed well and the hall way carpet was a mess. Toilet paper is TERRIBLE for this price of room. Single ply sandpaper. Paint splatters on the wallpaper and artwork in the bathroom and on vanity. Again not what I expect for the price I paid.

Summary: Friendly service, nice breakfast, larger rooms, and we had no problem leaving with our car and coming back even though we weren’t checking out yet. The only negative was that the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable.

Summary: The hotel itself was great and comfortable. Staff was great and friendly. Beautiful view of Charles River and walking distances to colleges. However, heat was not working properly - had their engineer come look at it. He cranked up the heat only for heater to make noises all night. We turned it down only not be able to turn heat up again! Parking was $45 per day!!! They gave us three $32 vouchers for breakfast - it was $22 per person per day for mediocre hot breakfast. There were 3 of us and we stayed for 3 nights. Ended up going elsewhere for breakfast that was affordable and tasted much better!

Summary: Nice hotel, parking expensive but hotel is centrally located. Nice continental breakfast. Room was clean but dated; bathroom needs updating. Very slow elevator service.
