Summary: Pool out of order - not warned on website. Road access is very tricky, no info supplied. Alarm clock did not function, bar with outlets to plug in USB port did not function. On the other hand, the tub grout, the first thing to go in most older hotels was perfect, bed, room, key system, staff, bar and dining, were great. Having learned the ropes about the highway access, I would go again.

Summary: Honestly, we first get there and they set us up in the wrong room. Then transition to another room after calling down and the room was okay. But the bed was ridiculously hard, pillows not comfy, and ended up not getting any rest. Ive stayed in much cheaper places that looked so much nicer and much more comfortable.

Summary: We on a flight that was cancelled and had to find a hotel very late on a Sunday night. Staff was very helpful, both with regards to check in and check out. Made a bad situation better. Nice facility with good gym and proximity to airport. Special thank you to late night manager.

Summary: One big disappointment was the difficulty getting in touch with the desk to arrange a shuttle pickup from the airport. Nobody replied to emails sent days in advance and nobody answered the phone. Reception was apologetic when informed upon my arrival...but I had to pay for an Uber. Overall tired rooms but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.

Summary: The service was fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. Wish the pool was heated. It was extremely cold. But i would stay there again. The restaurant was amazing also.

Summary: This hotel is great for an airport hotel. Clean, comfortable, close to the airport. It gets the job done if you’re traveling via BOS. Nothing interesting about the surrounding location but Boston proper isn’t too far away. More expensive than I would have expected for the location.
