Summary: When we first entered the room there was this gross musty smell. Also, the bathroom floor was wet. However, the beds were clean and the staff was very helpful.

Summary: The shower water would not drain, not able to use. We were in a rush to leave in the morning and this was very unfortunate.

Summary: Great hotel. Right next to the mall so great for shopping. Plenty of restaurants close by. The only negative is the price of food at the in house restaurant. $13 for a small scone and chocolate milk is ridiculous.

Summary: Staff was extremely courteous and helpful on check-in and checkout. The room was very clean and the bed's quite comfortable. We had a busy weekend, so didn't avail ourselves of the amenities other than the breakfast (which had several options you would pay for) and the bar which was small, but comfortable. The bar person was very pleasant.
