Positive: Breakfast was delicious and bistro staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was friendly and generally helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location for my needs and the surrounding walking trails were beautiful
Negative: the TV/streaming was extremely faulty and slow to work with the remote. was very frustrating to navigate. had to call front desk to have help sent up 2x and still was slow and difficult to use. When I was trying to call front desk for assistance, I would only get an answer 50% of the time. Was very frustrating

Positive: My stay at the courtyard was comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.
Negative: One of the receptionists mistakenly charged beverages to my room, and what should have been a simple fix turned into a week‑long headache. I had to make several calls just to reach the manager, and even then, no one could explain how a purchase I never authorized ended up on my bill. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like such a basic issue couldn’t be sorted out. Thankfully, once I finally connected with the manager, they refunded the charge to my card, which at least brought the whole ordeal to a close.

Negative: The confusion with breakfast. You pay $15 for the breakfast and you only get that amount from the breakfast bar. Anything over you pay for including coffee. But the food was great.
