Positive: The host was easily accessible and very communicative. The apartment felt like home away from home. Very spacious and well fitted kitchen with washer dryer combination. The apartment was very well lit and parking on the street was convenient.

Negative: As it is a basement apartment, it is important to remember you are sub ground. This made it difficult to open windows -- which we wanted to do to get some natural air and light.

Positive: This was great! It’s very spacious and in a very quiet area near Bowie State University! Facilities are new and updated, it was amazing! I’d recommend people to stay here and if I ever need to, I will rebook as well.

Negative: The only confusing thing is the entrance- these days you have to be careful going to wrong doors and this could easily happen here. The path to the apartment should be a bit easier to find but other than that the place is great!
