Summary: Paid all this money for this room for the tv remote not to work for the tv. Called down to front desk they send someone up to my room just to hand me two remotes with no directions to how to use them on tv. Still didn’t work so I was force to go to sleep with no tv. Will not book again through this hotel

Summary: Overall stay was good. The place needs a few updates. Room was good, bed was a little soft for my liking. Good location , close to Pro Football HOF.

Summary: The hotel itself was nice. The lobby was comfortable, adjacent to a bar and I liked the indoor pool and fitness room. If it wasn't for the poor service I would've given a much higher rating.

Summary: Staff was friendly, room was okay, buffet breakfast option was pretty basic, but good enough (scrambled eggs, potatoes, French toast, bacon, sausages and mini finishes). Pool area was nice and big, and pool itself was a good size for the kids, but showing some signs of age. Hotel is close to a lot of food and shopping options, which makes it fairly convenient.
