Negative: i ask for the coffee maker in my room to be fixed,but that never happened.

Positive: This property was very clean inside and out. The room was furnished very nicely. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable, and the food at the little restaurant was delicious.
Negative: The proximity to the interstate made for a very loud night, but if you’re used to noise, it doesn’t really bother you

Positive: We loved the pool!! It wasn’t freezing cold where it was brutal getting into it. It was refreshing, but comfortable. The room was super clean, stocked with plenty of towels. The bed was really comfortable too. It was within 15 minutes from where we were going to dinner, see a movie, etc. The front desk worker was extremely friendly and pleasant, and very quick with getting us checked in.
Negative: Minor things about the room: the lotion pump was completely empty, and the toilet paper roll was broken. Our main complaint was the staff at the breakfast area. We stayed Sunday night into Monday morning…we were under the impression that breakfast was until 11AM. My husband and I got down to the breakfast area right at 10:03AM. We grabbed plates and started looking at the hot breakfast food that was out. When we were about to serve ourselves some breakfast, the worker came walking over from behind the counter and said breakfast was over and we were not able to have the food. It was still sitting out. I looked at her confused and said “I thought breakfast was until 11? It’s only 10:03?” She said “nope…10” and walked away, still leaving the food out right in front of us. We completely understand if the food was already packed up and brought back in to the kitchen, but it was 3 minutes past 10 and still all sitting out. She was extremely short and rude about it, and completely unreasonable that she couldn’t let us grab a quick plate of the remaining food sitting out before taking the rest back since we were under the wrong impression on timing. It was still all out and only 3 minutes past…completely unreasonable. We were shocked at how rude she was with us.

Negative: We didn't like the fact that you don't have a free breakfast. $12 was a little high for the food you have to offer.
