Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very convenient location to U of O sports venues, which is what we went to see. The bed was comfortable and the room was cozy with all the amenities.
Negative: Breakfast was at the Starbucks outlet right next to the lobby and a tad expensive for what was offered. (Sure, there seemed to be a premium of space, so I understand the hotel not providing meal service.) The parking slots were very narrow, not just those that were labelled for compact cars.
Summary: Comfortable and great location
