Positive: The breakfast was nice

Negative: The photographs were creatively taken to look nicer than the location was. The hotel backs up to a car lot and a cyclone fenced park with many homeless. The rooms were very basic and the bedding was bare bones.

Summary: Did the job but wouldn't stay again.

Positive: We love the comfort of the rooms and the facility.

Negative: My husband and I are black from the South haven't never been to Eugene. We were taught... that it only takes a second to greet someone. In the hallways other guest responded appropriately., however the staff hardly never responded even after we greeted them twice. I am a business owner and customer service is #1. Maybe the staff can work on this. We are planning on re visiting this facility in June.
