Summary: Check in and was told the hot tub was not working. The main reason I book at this hotel. I was not offered a discount or refund had to stay. The hotel had kids running from the second floor up the stairs to the third floor and back down. My room was at the end of the hall, across from the stairs. I was not told the charge for internet use. I had several charges for each day. I was told it was the way I logged in. I wasn't told how to log in at check-in. I was also told that internet access is reserved for business users, and everyone else has to pay for it. I would not stay again as they advertise a hot tub and internet, but it is either not working, or you have to pay extra.

Summary: Clean and comfortable; only downside for us was no freezer (in mini fridge) for our ice pack, resorted to ice. Highly recommended, will stay again.
