Summary: The lady who assisted me was unhelpful and unprofessional. When I asked simple questions, she wouldn't make eye contact, and her responses were short and dismissive. I felt completely ignored and uncomfortable throughout the entire process. The lack of friendliness and basic courtesy was shocking, especially when you're paying for a service. This behavior really set the tone for my stay and left me feeling very dissatisfied. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.

Summary: Boiler was leaking and hallway carpet was soaking wet outside our room Hot tub was 70 degrees after we had called the hotel and they assured us it was working. Bathtub was stained. Bed was comfy!
