Positive: Location, clean, fun contemporary style of furniture and dishes, comfortable, quiet, neighborhood, shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure, parking was easy, and owner was very responsive.

Negative: Front railings were broken and unsafe; landscaping was very overgrown and not maintained giving a very poor first impression; front porch was dirty with cobwebs, and there was no patio or terrace for outdoor space as stated in the property description. There was insufficient toilet paper and towels when we arrived although that was remedied quickly when we contacted the owner.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the property has great potential.

Negative: We would have liked to have an air conditioner in the unit. The host arranged for purchase but unfortunately it wasn’t installed before our check out date.

Positive: Inside the apartment was very clean, bright, and spacious. The appliances were new and the beds were very comfortable.

Negative: The front porch needed cleaning. It didn't set a very good first impression. Also, could use a bureau or chair in each bedroom, but otherwise, the place was great!

Negative: Wasn't ready, had to wait more than a few hours. Parking was not as advertised. Backyard not as advertised. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable, 4 people could not sit comfortably.
