Positive: The housekeepers were very nice and friendly. The front desk was very attentive and nice and very welcoming.

Negative: Well it would have been nice to have an elevator fixed sooner. With the breakfast you could include toast.

Positive: Location was easy to find, restaurants near by. Recommend Demo’s BBQ. Hotel Staff was very friendly. Room was nice & clean. Whole vibe when entering lobby was welcoming. Outside lights was well lit. Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious. Front Desk person Crystal and Ms. Veronique @ the Bistro were very friendly and gave awesome customer service. Thanks Ladies!

Negative: There was a “vacuum cleaner bag” smell in the elevator and hallway to the room. Suggest an air freshener of some kind to change that. Not a deal breaker though. Would still stay there.

Summary: Hotel met our needs. Would recommend this hotel and will be booking again when we come back this way.
