Summary: We were very pleased with the house. I don’t think we will ever stay in a hotel in Jonesboro again. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and it was quiet and affordable. I’d highly recommend staying here and we definitely will again.

Summary: No interaction with host, only the email with the entrance codes. Space is adequate. Mattresses are comfortable. Entire home needs a deep cleaning, including the walls. Suggestions for a better rating: improve cleanliness of floors, remove excess appliances from garage to allow guests to enter and exit vehicle, add recycle bin, tack strip on entrance to bathroom (prevents puncturing feet), a welcome binder, fix the exhaust vents in master bath, fix the ice maker, flip the fridge and freezer doors to open the opposite direction, provide frisbees for the frisbee golf, provide firewood for fire pit, a grill, more patio seating, etc. The cool verses warm lights in the fixtures kept three guests entertained and one irritated. Finally, why is there a huge fish tank with no fish?

Summary: This was a good solution for us to stay near our local relatives. It was very quiet and relaxing. WiFi worked well and kitchen was a good size. Not a lot of cooking equipment, but enough to work with for simple meals. Wouldn't want to try and do anything too fancy.

Summary: Everything was better than expected. My family was there for Thanksgiving and some activities and this met all our needs and was close to where we needed to be. Host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had.
