Positive: Very friendly and helpful front desk staff Valet team was awesome!
Negative: When we booked, our room booking was for 4 people (adults and children) - but there were only 3 bath towels in the bathroom. We had to go to the front desk to request more as housekeeping would not provide them - front desk staff were great and provided - but our room booking was for 4 so would be nice if the required number of towels were already in the room. When I checked in I was advised that we would have to request room cleaning - so I asked that our room be cleaned each day of our stay (there's 4 people in the room) and then told I'd have to call everyday to request it - that is very inconvenient esp if I am letting you know at arrival I want it daily - it would be nice if you could note it down vs me having to request it daily.

Positive: Breakfast was a low level. Room was clean as we entered and room was spacious. Location was safe.
Negative: The breakfast choice could have been better. One morning the Courtyard eating area had a problem and I was sent over to Fairfield. They had a better choice of breakfast. No safe was included in the room.
Summary: Clean and spacious but towels were not changed during my stay.
