Positive: Location was good for the event I was attending. Room was really nice
Negative: I paid extra for breakfast in my booking and was told that location didn’t offer vouchers. So I paid $179 per night in a $149 room.
Summary: Nice hotel. Confusing booking.

Positive: It was clean and a good location
Negative: The staff - the person who checked me in took a long time to come to counter - even though no one was there. They were not present the entire time I was there. There were toddlers and little kids in hot tun playing ball one day and the next they had speakers and loud music while filming TikTok’s without supervision. All were young. No staff said anything. There were children dancing on tables and chairs in lobby.
Summary: Other than that it was a good stay.

Positive: The intake manager when I checked in was rude, but the manager the day I left was great. Although he couldn't adjust my 1st night because booking com messed up my reservation . I originally scheduled 2 nights of. King room. Which I finally changed over but they did not adjust the price and did not inform me of the difference in price. Also I was never told there would be no breakfast or food on 12/24 and 12/25! I have stayed in many courtyards including this one and this is the only time I have been disappointed!
Negative: Manager no adjustment to my rate and no food or drink both days
Summary: Just very disappointing and thinking I should have gone to Hampton inn
