Summary: This was our second stay this summer, and the Courtyard by Marriott has become our favorite hotel in downtown Orlando. The customer service is unparalleled. We have been visiting for concerts throughout the summer and were attracted by the shuttle service to Kia center and Camping World Stadium, but we will keeping coming back due to their excellent customer service and comfortable, spacious rooms. There are a variety of shops and restaurants in walking distance, and a starbucks/bistro right in lobby downstairs. My sister asked me to book our next trip when we have no plans so we can just relax in our room for the whole stay because it was so comfortable. We will definitely return and have already recommended this hotel to friends and family traveling to the area this summer.

Summary: Blaring music until 330pm right outside across the street. No hotel management to kill the ridiculous noise. Orlando has an ordinance but this non stop latin party music went on and on till at least 330. Totally worst night in hotel. Never again

Summary: Amazing day with the convenience of the shuttle!! The shuttle staff were respectful, timely and the nicest people. The hotel staff were also extremely helpful and nice. Thank you!

Summary: From the moment we checked in we received superior service. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating. When I mentioned being in town for a concert at Camping World Stadium, he quickly offered information on the free shuttle service available to and from the venue. Our room was clean and comfortable, with toiletries provided in the shower. There is a Starbucks/bistro next to reception, a 7/11adjacent to the property, and several dining options within walking distance. The hotel is located downtown and the area felt safe. My sister and I have already booked our next stay in July when we will attend a concert at Kia Center nearby.

Summary: Since we arrived the person personel treated us amazing, the room was big, clean and organized, well equipped. We came for Shakira’s concert and they even give us a shuttle to take us there back and forth, JJ was very good, incredible experience. Loved it. I would come again.
