Summary: The front desk attendant at check in was great! My room was excellent. Everything was clean. I had previously requested a play pen if available. The staff already had it in the room but returned to the room while we were out to dinner and added bedding to the play pen. Every employee we passed were so friendly. I look forward to another stay.

Summary: I was on a two night stay. The staff was pleasant enough, but for a location of this caliber I expected more. There was no complementary coffee in the lobby, but there was a flavored water in a community service center. When i came back from work the second evening, my room had not gotten any service, coffee refresh, etc. I had to go the front desk to ask about getting coffee for the next morning. There was a fight in the room above me after midnight. The staff didn't address the issue and it went on for nearly two hours. Some of these things are unusual and challenging to manage. The service level isn't one.

Summary: Very noisy neighbors. Upstairs and next door were so noisy at late hours. The ‘bar’ was really bad. The ‘bartenders’ were nice but they didn’t know how to make a drink. I booked your property because of the advertised bar and the drinks were really bad.

Summary: Every member of the staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find and there are many options for food, shopping and even fuel within a 1 mile radius. Perfect for our stay to ride the Polar Express train.
