Summary: The customer service was nice but sadly the stay was not. There was no hot water in the shower, there were no coffee cups only lids, there was also hair on the sheets, wall, sink and shower. Unfortunately we will not be using this hotel again.

Summary: Very courteous staff. Quiet location within walking distance of a variety of food, dinner and breakfast. Bus stop around the corner to travel into NYC.
