Summary: The hotel and staff are incredible. Only issue we had was no remote for the tv in the room. Honestly we were there to sleep so it wasn’t a big deal.

Summary: Room and lobby were very clean. Noticed that some lighting fixtures were a bit loose and the mini fridge had some trouble getting cool. All other aspects of my stay were wonderful. I would recommend to other traveling into Worcester.

Summary: Staff was very friendly upon arrival. The refrigerator in the room was broken. The snacks available after hours were not impressive. The courtyard in the morning was dirty, not picked up from the previous night.
