Positive: This is our second time staying in the cottage and just like the first time, we found everything to be fantastic. The cottage itself is very spacious and has a very rustic feel about it but with all modern facilities and stylish furniture. The beds in both bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable. We love the shower in the main bathroom. The cottage has a washer and dryer which is very handy as we were staying for 8 days and needed to wash clothes. The bar area and pool table are a great addition. We stay here when visiting family in the area and the bar and pool table are great to have when hosting family when they call. The kitchen has everything you need with a good cooker, fridge, microwave and nutribullet. The setting around the cottage itself is very quiet and peaceful. We have stayed here twice in October and around the cottage is very beautiful in the fall with lots of squirrels and birds to look at. We highly recommend this cottage and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Massachusetts.

Positive: Loved the massive rock fireplace and the architecture. Great location for us. Very private, quiet, and open.
Negative: There was a terrible odor of fire and it was VERY hot. There were coolers, fans, window air conditioners but they couldn’t handle the heat.

Positive: Tranquil, quiet location. The cottage provides all the comfort one can ask for. The interior design is artful and appealing. It was very clean throughout. As the weather was lovely we spent two days sitting in the spacious grounds underneath the canopy of the beautiful trees, reading and recuperating. A great place of the world.
Negative: We didn’t really miss anything. However, if the weather wouldn’t have been so nice we might have missed a dinner table - there is sitting at the bar though. Maybe a foldable table could be stored away somewhere to not disturb the current interior design.

Positive: It was peaceful and quiet. The rooms were comfortable and the AC was working great. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and the washing / drying unit was so helpful to have. It was easy to get in and out and lock the doors. It's at least a 10-15 minute drive to all the places we needed to go. The host was incredibly gracious and kind and showed us around the villa and how everything worked. It is hands down my favorite place I've ever stayed in the area, it meant a lot to have such a relaxing, much-needed getaway with my partner. Thank you :)
Negative: The shower drain was a little clogged and filled up with water a little fast, but not a big deal

Positive: This is a great house to share with family. The pool table and fireplace setting make it both cozy and fun. .. room to dance. Fully equipped kitchen and the host was wonderful. Ade joined us for a game of pool and couldn’t have been more helpful….even helped my son gather more wood for the fireplace. He is charming!
Negative: A lighter weight blanket for the bedroom on the left would have been appreciated.
