Positive: We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the property was maintained very well. We were very comfortable. The breakfast we paid for when we booked the hotel was great, and the availability of the coffee and bar is so convenient. The staff even went out of their way to help us when there was a plumbing issue in the middle of the night. They offered to switch our rooms immediately, but we chose not to, so we wouldn't have to move our kids. So, we decided to stay and clean up the water, and the front desk provided us with everything we needed to help clean it up. And then in the morning, they offered further assistance with future stays. Plumbing happens, and we were not in the least upset by an issue that was completely out of their control, and we were so impressed with how they handled it. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
Negative: The only thing that would make this hotel better is a hot tub.
Summary: Comfortable, spacious rooms with a friendly staff.

Positive: The location, it looked nice on the outside and it had a lot of amenities the staff was super nice.
Negative: Our room was dirty, glass was found inside the beds, there was no linen for the sofa bed so one of us had to sleep with nothing, the beds were uncomfortable and old. It was spider webs everywhere including the balcony that seems like never be cleaned and it was hair everywhere.
