Positive: The location is perfect. Close to the airport and retail shopping is a walk away. Whole Foods is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Perfect. Also enjoyed having a gym , whirlpool and heated pool on site. Appreciated having a Starbucks in the lobby as well.
Negative: I don’t like the charge for parking. A little steep in cost. The water pressure of the bathroom shower was disappointing. Also never got a room cleaning or bed linens change. I did have to request more towels at one point during my stay. That was disappointing.
Summary: Location is fantastic. The hotel and amenities were as expected. Decent, average hotel.

Positive: “Everything exceeded our expectations — from the cleanliness to the warm reception and convenient location. We would definitely return.”
Negative: “Overall, everything was excellent — the cleanliness, reception, and location were outstanding, and we would definitely return. The only downside was the attitude of one of the women working at the bar, who was rude and unpleasant. On the positive side, the other bar staff member was very polite and respectful. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay.”

Negative: No breakfast, all though when we checked in, there was confusion on breakfast. My husband and I thought it was complementary breakfast, and woke up in the morning to go get breakfast, but then found out it was only though the bistro and everything was super expensive for what you were getting. Plus they have many food options around, I dont know why anyone would pay expensive basic food when you can walk in the parking lot for better pricing and options of food. // Pillows are very uncomfortable, you might as well just take the pillows off the bed because your head is going to sink right thought and lay flat on the bed... even if you stack two of them.
