This stylish 3 bedroom apartment has undoubtedly one of the best North facing positions on the Cowes foreshore. With stunning views overlooking Cowes jetty and French island beyond, it is centrally located amongst Cowes Cafes, restaurants and shopping precinct with a lovely bay beach directly across the road. The apartment features an open plan living/dining and kitchen area, with modern, floating timber floors and opens onto a large North facing, sunny deck.
The master bedroom has its own private deck and features an ensuite with spa bath and WIR. It also features a further two bedrooms with BIRs, a second bathroom with shower and bath, separate laundry (with washing machine and dryer) and a powder room.
The huge balcony has a gas BBQ and outdoor seating for 8, under cover secure parking, lift access to the apartment, heating and cooling with separate heaters in the bedrooms, wall mounted flame effect fire in living area, large 55" flat screen TV's in the living room and Master Bedroom with DVD players for your enjoyment.
Step out the front door and stroll to shops and restaurants. Cook up a storm on the BBQ, while relaxing and enjoying the water views. Wheelchair access to the property.

Summary: Our first impression exceeded our expectations. We loved walking into the kitchen/living and taking in the wonderful view. The teenagers loved walking across the road to the beach and up the street to explore shops and cafes. The accommodation is secure - having the second set of keys was vital. The bedrooms have loads of storage and the kitchen was well stocked with everything a cook needs. We appreciated the range holiday reading and board games. The a/c and fans were appreciated, as were the clothes-horse for wet towels and the washing facilities. We bought our own beach towels but noticed this was also provided by our hosts. Communication also exceeded expectations. Lynn was proactive and responsive. Thank you for our lovely holiday in Cowes.

Summary: Awesome place to stay. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. Even coloring things and heaps of games and puzzles for the kids. Thanks to Matt for the brand new bbq installed. Best view in Cowes, close to everything. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony overlooking the beach. Highly Recommended.

Summary: This is a great property in a superb location. Really spacious, feels like a house. You can walk to all the main shops and beach, run downstairs for cafe and great coffees. Lots of extras such as towels, games, dvds. Really good for teenagers as they can spread out inside, or wander to the shops. We had a great time and would recommend! Hosts were really friendly and helpful.

Summary: Perfect place to stay. Matt & Lynn were great to communicate with. Very friendly and helpful. From the initial questions, to booking, to arrival was very easy. The place was spotless, had everything you need, and perfect size for our fam of 6 plus 1. You can't get any better location either....... perfect place to stay and relax and take in the beautiful views on that great deck :) Thank you for a great family vacay :)

Summary: Communication and help from Matt and Lynn was very appreciated because of the help and advice we needed to be confident that our daughter with a physical disability and her carer could have the best and most convenient and comfortable long weekend away, for the first time from her family and home. Matt and Lynn took care of every little detail, regular communication and thought of everything we needed beforehand. Lynn even met us at the door to open up the security gate to the parking area on the day. We thoroughly recommend a stay at this apartment as it was very clean and tidy, has all the comforts of home and the location and view is just what you want when you want to be near and hear the seaside at your door and from your window. Our daughter wanted to live there and not come home, she said the bed was so soft and comfortable and loved watching Netflix in bed whilst looking out to the sea.

Summary: The owners of this apartment are lovely and very helpful. They are very friendly and were very nice they messaged us to make sure we arrived ok and even gave us extra time at checkout to take our time because the traffic leaving the island was so awful!!
