Summary: I love this RV and the community around it. Marshall is extremely easy to reach, great with communication and assistance, and hosts a lovely, very clean place to stay. My dogs and I are staying here while the transmission in our full-time van home is being replaced. The first week we stayed on the second floor of a noisy hotel. This RV and park offer a far more private and peaceful experience. We have gotten to know several full-time neighbors and kids who regularly play in the area, and I feel very much "at home" here. I've already bookmarked it as our go-to place to stay in the future when necessary. As I'm always concerned about the impact my dogs have on a place that isn't ours, I closed off the bedroom and didn't allow them in there. I ended up sleeping on the couch next to my dogs' crates, and the couch itself is incredibly comfortable (not even pulled out into a bed). I nabbed a pillow from the bedroom that is the most comfortable pillow I've ever laid my head on (so comfortable that I Googled it to buy one for myself). I was also able to regularly clean up with the available cordless vac, broom, and Swiffer mop. Nearby on-site laundry, pool, and affordable pay-as-you-need internet are bonuses. Thank you, Marshall! We'll be back!

Summary: This RV has been remodeled/upgraded and very homey inside. I came for total relaxation and rest; and I got just what I came for. I had a few requests; and the host was so accommodating; he knew I was dealing with a health issue and I was alone and he even brought me a 12 of soda I requested if he had time; what host does that. This is a total gem. The host is amazing to work with.

Summary: Weekend stay with 2 dogs. We were in town for a dog competition. Nice areas to walk the dogs. Bed was comfortable and cold water waited in the fridge. Very hot weekend but the a/c kept a comfortable temperature.
