Positive: The place was no doubt beautiful and very well maintained. However, it's hard to justify paying the same amount for one night as the cleaning fee—it just didn’t feel worth it for such a short stay.
Negative: BE AWARE that this property charges almost $70 for a cleaning fee—even if you stay just one night. I was shocked to see this added at checkout, as it wasn’t clearly visible upfront. I ended up paying nearly double the expected price for a single-night stay. After spending the whole morning talking with Booking, I realized the only options were for the host to adjust the price or for me to lose my money. In the end, I had to stay and pay double because, as the host said, “we pay more than that to our cleaning staff.” Honestly, that’s unbelievable—if that’s true, I’d love to work there. One cleaning shift would cover a night’s stay! It’s a one-room apartment, and I was there for just 15 hours: checked in around 5 p.m., left at 11 p.m., came back to sleep, and checked out early the next morning. Still, the $70 fee was charged in full. It’s really excessive for such a short stay. Definitely something to be aware of before booking.

Positive: 1. Extremely big room! I feel that I can live in it if I were a resident of Dallas! 2. Excellent location! Just beside DART Baylor Station, and close to the area with a lot of food! 3. Very clean room. 4. Very helpful staff member.
Negative: 1. There is odor outside the room (entrance and corridor) 2. Elevator is a bit scary (mechanically, but it looks good on pictures) 3. It's very big with a lot of rooms, so sometimes I feel a bit lost when looking for exit or my room in the corridor. I don't mind staying there again because these aren't big issues for me.
Summary: Not perfect but close. I don't mind staying there again if I am having another trip to Dallas!

Negative: No written passcodes to enter the building or room, so I had to call to enter every time. Basic English conversation is needed to stay at this property.
