Centrally Located in OLD EAST DALLAS near StateFair/DosXX Pavilion and less than 5 minutes to LowerGreenvile, Knox Henderson, DeepEllum, Downtown, Uptown, Dallas Arboretum, WhiteRockLake and Tenison park golf course . We offer both Short and longstays with additional discounted rates
You will be on the First Floor of a two story Triplex providing easy access with minimal stairs. The home has two longterm tenants in the other two dwellings , one on second floor and one also on first floor left of property. We ask to please be respectful of these tenants during your stay and respect the quiet hours.

*Living Area: Comfortable three seater sofa bed/futon ( could fit two small adults), velvet blackout thermal insulated curtains for soundproof and room darkening, Twin Murphy bed with 10" inch PrimaSleep memory foam matress gel infused for comfort and pressure relief, 55 "inch smart tv , Bluetooth/CD Radio , two comfortable seating chairs .
*Kitchen : Fully equipped kitchen, new Insignia refrigerator, five burner stove with oven , over stove microwave with vent, 36" round dining table with three dining chairs and two counter height stools for kitchen island.
* Bathroom: Full Bathroom with tub shower.
Backyard: All concreted back area, Fully fenced in with motorized gate , small outside seating area and two parking spaces right outside backdoor .
Front Of Home : Fully fenced in comunal yard with small porch for relaxing.
