Stella Sorelle was built around 1920 as a caretaker's cottage. It's a wonderful home base to explore the charming fishing villages of Scituate & Cohasset and their great restaurants or to work remotely from. It is located on a private compound with resident access only. It's quiet, serene and surrounded by trees, grass, marsh and waterways. You will feel like you have escaped to a private estate and yet you are close to the action. It is a cozy and well-appointed, 2 bedroom, one bath cottage with a sitting room/office. This sweet cottage has been fully renovated and is well supplied with comfortable seating and a stocked kitchen. The beds are inviting, the bed linens delightful and the bath towels thick. Sink into an Adirondack chair by the firepit and take in the unique surroundings. You will find body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the shower the laundry area is stocked with Tide pods, dryer sheets and other laundry essentials. The sitting room has a desk area and the wifi is fast. Roku TV and Sonos sound system in the living room area make the cottage extra pleasant.
It is a short walk to Minot Beach and the lovely Minot neighborhood. Just 5 minutes to the Commuter rail into Boston and beyond. Perfect for a weekend get-away or a month long retreat.

Stella Sorelle is one of a trio of homes we have available at the Salt Marshes, Treasure island. Stella Maris, across the yard, is a 6/3 that sleeps 12 and has wonderful sunsets and marsh views. Summary: A house we didn’t want to leave in a peaceful and remote setting. Still close enough to the cute New England town of Scituate and coastal venues. The long, walkable beach was a short walk. The entrance to the right is the nicest. From singing birds to sunset splendor. We will be back!

Summary: We rented all three houses on the property for a family wedding at The River Club. They were all beautiful, fully stocked with anything we could possibly need and had very comfortable bedding and furniture.We didn't use any of the outside amenities due to the weather and being busy with other things. We did hang out on the porches that had gorgeous views.We all said we would like to come back for a mini vacation.

Summary: This was the second time our family has stayed at this property and it was as wonderful this time as it was the last time. Summary: The cottage and property was so quiet and peaceful, extremely clean, very comfortable beds, conveniently located just 5 minutes from the T for an easy commute into Boston for a day trip, and perfect for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed walking to Minot Beach, watching the wildlife, and eating at some of the local eateries in Scituate. Everything was just as described online, and the communication with Mary was wonderful. I hope we can visit again in the near future!
