Summary: We stayed at Garyn's place while we moved our kid into Oberlin for freshman year. It was clean, spacious, well-decorated, and very convenient location near campus. Overall very happy with our stay. There was pet hair in the home and I would not suggest this rental to a person with pet allergies.

Summary: We loved the quiet neighborhood and the short walk to campus. It was awesome sleeping with the windows open and seeing the fireflies in the evening! We enjoyed making french press coffee in the mornings. The voice activated lighting was not great, but we managed. The master bed frame is too wide and has sharp corners and I knew my husband would whack his shin on it; he did so twice the first night. The house overall has an old house smell and the sofa was smelly, though kitchen, bathroom and beds were pristine. Would stay again despite the negatives.
