Summary: If you like watching TV sitting straight up with two feet flat on the floor, then it's cozy for you. We had planned on having our two kids and families over for meals, but there is literally two chairs to sit in. There were dining room chairs, but that's not cozy. There were a lot of personal items left in the house, including prescription medication. So many plants everywhere. Top of fridge was filthy. No curtains in the living room on a decently busy street so we didn't want to be in there at night with lights on. The bedrooms were comfortable. When we showed up we were informed that there were no shoes in the house, fine, they gave us disposable slippers. We opted to wear socks since my husband wears a size 16 shoe. Unfortunately, there are a couple thresholds that had nails sticking out of them and the new floors are just vinyl planks and old floor is laminate with gaps in it. They hurt to step on too. Not nice at all. Owner lives below as it is a split level made into two "houses". You could hear everything below. We heard them open a can of soda like they were sitting next to us. There was a strict curfew on noise from 10 pm to 7 am. We kept it, the residents below did not. Front yard looked awful, and there were christmas decorations up still. Worst yard in the neighborhood. I don't normally leave reviews, but I wish someone had for this place. It has potential, but needs some serious work. If you are never going to be there, it's probably fine for sleeping.

Summary: Beds are small and not real comfortable Didn’t like the slippers to wear in the house Not subscribed to any TV stations. We had to pay or connect with our own subscription which was a pain!! No coverings on the living room window so there was no privacy. Living room has two chairs and many plants Would be nice to have a comfortable couch to relax on. This house seems to be in the process of being remodeled and not really ready for a rental.
