Get ready to relax in this newly constructed 2-bedroom townhome in Lubbock. This brilliant property features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Larger group, no problem. We have adjoining units available. With heating, AC, a washer/dryer machine, and WiFi, your stay will be amazing. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
Our townhome is conveniently located near Texas Tech University, the Health Science Center, Covenant Hospital, the Rawls Golf Course, local hospitals, and the Buddy Holly Park.
Our townhome is an open concept newly constructed modern home. You can come in and quickly relax on the sofa after a hard day at work or play and watch TV.
If you to eat in, you will find our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up your favorites. Our stainless steel appliances include an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge.
When you are tired and ready to unwind, you will love our very comfortable mattresses. Our king-sized bed in the master is very relaxing while you unwind with your favorite movie on our wall mounted TV. The privacy of having your own oversized master closet and master bathroom to yourself will be a unique experience. The guest bedroom comes with a Queen-sized bedroom and the convenience of a full bath right outside the door. Both bedrooms are calmly decorated for a night of rest.
You will find plenty of shampoo and body wash for our guests to use as well as a hair dryer for added convenience. There are also plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for your stay.
Need to do some laundry during your stay? No problem, as our laundry room comes with a washer/dryer with detergent. Need to iron out some wrinkles, no worries. We have and iron and ironing board for your convenience.
Enjoy the outdoors, you will love the turf grass and covered patio. Our back yard is oversized with added white rock for stretching out.
This property is NOT pet friendly. There will not be any exceptions to this policy and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation. If you have a service animal, please provide registration prior to booking.
If you have a longer stay with us and run out of supplies, you will need to purchase at your own expense. For conservation, we encourage the re-use of towels but if your run out, we have laundry detergent for your convenience.
