Summary: The owner was very thoughtful and this was a comfortable place that worked well as a home base for work and visiting the VA/DC area, with a very “at home” feel - once you get inside. Things usually quiet down at night and sleeping wasn’t an issue, but during the day the loud, smoky neighbors and ridiculous trash situation make things look worse on the outside. Everything the owner has any control over, however, was nice.

Summary: Had a great time staying at Noliga's. Was close to our friends we where visiting and okenty of options for food. Fou d a bagel olace for breakfast that had amazing sandwiches, Bada Bing Bagel. Property was clean and even had soaps provided for laundry. Would stay there again.

Summary: We stayed a couple of nights. The location is near restaurants with easy access to the old town area. The apartment is set about five steps under grade. With the living room windows under a balcony, it has less natural light. It is well stocked except we wish there was coffee other than a few decaf pods. The parking spots are assigned, but many are poorly marked. It wasn't until the second day that we found that both number 49 spots (which are marked) were just across the speed bump to the adjacent buildings. The walls have dozens of spots that were painted with a different gloss and tint. A full coat of paint would do wonders for the appearance. Overall, the apartment served our purpose of exploring the area.

Summary: I was really happy with my stay here. Plenty of room and every amenity I needed (laundry unit, full kitchen). Two TVs in the unit and two parking spaces. Very clean and nicely furnished. Would absolutely recommend.
