Positive: The facility was clean, very comfortable and accommodating. The patio and back yard were private with a nice barbeque grill. Overall, it was very well maintained and equipped. The garage was clean and not cluttered. Loved the baseball game on the wall. I would certainly consider renting again if I return to the area as the location is close to many of the areas we enjoyed.
Negative: The overall remodeling was very nice. The only comment I would make is that the bathroom with walk-in shower should have a vent and another towel rod. The shower was beautiful with a non-slippery floor.
Summary: We had a great family time together, including four generations.

Positive: Three bedrooms! Roomy and comfortable. Four Roku TVs. Garage for my car. Private laundry.
Negative: We had some trouble with front door lock, but the owner was quick to respond and got a solution for us.

Positive: Nice and spacious, suited our families needs. Very helpful to have a supply of cans and packets for cooking. The property is great for a family or group stay.
Negative: My son said, the double bed in his room had a very hard mattress, although the other mattresses were all fine. It was minor issue, but as we were there for a few days, he bought a mattress topper, but that didn't make much difference.
Summary: Great for a family/group, spacious.

Positive: Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Beautiful, well kept home in a quiet neighborhood.. The kitchen contains everything you need. The beds are comfortable. We truly enjoyed watching the sunrise as we sipped our coffee on the patio table. The host is very nice and quick to respond.
Negative: The front door lock can be a little tricky, as the door is not leveled.
Summary: Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!
