Professionally sanitized between stays. Enjoy everything this area has to offer. Gorgeous, designer furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath villa has just been remodeled and is new inside. Enjoy an open floor plan, volume ceilings, plenty of storage, covered parking and pool access. Completely furnished with every amenity including kitchen tools, linens, towels and staple items. Super clean inside, updated with granite countertops, new flooring, new bathrooms and brand new appliances. Two queen beds, smart HDTV and front load washer / dryer inside unit. Screened patio with bistro to enjoy your coffee outside with the birds in the morning. Just bring your toothbrush.
Safe, quiet community offers a pool, shuffleboard, nature walks etc. and is convenient to shopping and restaurants. HOA has certain guidelines. Max 4 people, 2 small dogs allowed, max 2 cars.

Summary: Great location. While Hurricane Milton modified our stay dates, communication with our host was excellent during the difficult time. Great amenities, very comfortable rooms and spaces for our family members. Would highly recommend for extended stay. Morning walks were wonderful.

Summary: Tammy is a great host. Properly is very clean a well maintained and in a cute neighborhood. She even came over during hurricane Debby to bring us flashlights and made sure we were safe.

Summary: We enjoyed a week at this pleasant home over the Thanksgiving week. The property had all the amenities that you would expect and then some. The owner, Tammy, advised that she would be available if needed at any time. Overall, we would definitely recommend this home.
